Here are all the assets I mentioned in my talks during ACES Conf 2024. The keynote deck is on Dropbox.

An excellent place to start creating structure in your business: Rocket Fuel

When we offer our leadership positions, and they are accepted, their homework is to read Traction before their first Quarterly. That way they are up to speed on how we operate and the language we use.

Both books are great in audio format!

Another great book is Time Off. It's a solid kick in the pants to make more leisure time in your calendar, and your team's. The book uses research and history to show you that leisure is the best thing you can do for your growth.

We attempted EOS twice, and failed. It wasn't until we worked with Pete Srodoski that we had unbelievable success with EOS. I highly recommend at least a phone call with him to see if he would be a good fit. Think of him as a COO that can teach your team how to do EOS.

We use and highly recommend ninety.io to run our EOS/BOS-up based business. As a visionary, use it weekly in our meetings, and when I need to update our Vision document. Our COO uses it daily as the blueprint for everything he does.

If you have any questions or just want to share best practices, I'd love to hear from you! Let's stay in each other's orbit. ✌️
